Parkside Partners is an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development and brokerage firm. Founded in 2003, Parkside has quickly become recognized as a leader in the development of office condominiums and boutique single-user office buildings.

Since its inception, Parkside has completed eight projects totaling over 250,000 square feet and has three additional projects under construction totaling 105,000 square feet. Parkside’s portfolio includes the development of new office condominiums, single-user buildings, and adaptive reuse projects. Recent projects include Inman Alley and The Blue Horse in Inman Park, Brasfield Overlook in East Atlanta, Harry Norman Realtor’s corporate headquarters, and Tech Corner in Technology Park/Atlanta.

Since its founding in 1952 by Harry P. Kuniansky, RACO General Contractors, Inc. has constructed over forty five (45) million square feet of Atlanta's finest commercial and large scale industrial facilities. RACO's long-term client relationships add to much of its success. Quality assurance, dependable project teams and completing projects on a timely basis ensure customer satisfaction.

RACO served as developer, contractor and previous owner of the 825,000 square foot Northbelt Business Park and the 520,000 square foot Amwiler Gwinnett Business Park. Additionally, RACO is the current owner, developer and contractor of Gwinnett 316, a 424-acre business park with over 3,700,000 square feet of space and projected build-out of over five million square feet. RACO played a key role in the conversion of a 78,000 square foot warehouse to 68,000 square feet of office lofts with open courtyards and high tech design.
